Most Trusted Carpet Cleaner in Douglas County, CO: 4 Jobs

October 26, 2026

Short answer: The most trusted carpet cleaner in Douglas County is one you can check before you book: IICRC certification, BBB accreditation, a long record of Google reviews you can read, written prices, and an owner who answers the phone. That's how I run Colorado Choice Carpet Cleaning out of Castle Rock. I'm Mark, the owner, and I've been cleaning carpet in Douglas County and across the Denver Metro for over 23 years.

I'm IICRC-certified, BBB-accredited and owner-operated, with hundreds of 5-star Google reviews. You can read them on my Colorado Choice reviews page. Call before noon and I can usually get a truck to you the same day: (720) 730-8055.

What I'd Check Before Trusting Any Carpet Cleaner

  1. Certification you can verify. Ask which IICRC certifications the company holds. The cleaning standard I follow is the IICRC S100 standard for professional carpet cleaning.
  2. BBB accreditation. It tells you how a company handles complaints, not just compliments.
  3. Reviews over years, not weeks. Read the low ones too. Look for jobs like yours.
  4. Prices before the truck shows up. You should know what three rooms cost before anyone walks in.
  5. Who actually does the work. At my company, the owner answers for every job.
  6. Honesty about limits. A trusted cleaner tells you when a stain may not come all the way out.

4 Real Douglas County Jobs

Parker: Open House the Next Morning, Done by 3:30 PM, $299

A Parker seller called me at 10 AM. The open house was the next morning, and the carpet was 25 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. My crew dispatched from Castle Rock and used truck-mounted hot water extraction: pre-inspection, pre-spray, agitation, extraction and a walkthrough. The heavy soiling at the tile transitions came out, the rust-colored spots came out, and the traffic lanes lightened. We were done by 3:30 PM, and drying finished well before the open house. The price was $299. Read the Parker open house job.

Castle Rock, Sapphire Pointe: 40 Stairs With Dog Urine, $199

Another Castle Rock company had already done a low-moisture cleaning on these 40 stairs, and the smell came back within days. The customer called in the morning and we were there that afternoon. We checked each tread with a moisture meter and UV light, applied enzyme, used a Water Claw for sub-surface extraction, then rinsed with the truckmount. The odor is gone because the urine is gone, not covered. The price for all 40 stairs with enzyme and sub-surface extraction was $199. Read the Castle Rock stairs job.

Castle Pines, The Canyons: A Realtor Staging Her Own Home, $349

A realtor was getting her five-year-old home in The Canyons ready to list. A new dog had left fresh spots on her patterned Berber. We pre-treated with Saiger's Pet Stain & Odor Destroyer, let it dwell 30 minutes, then used hot water extraction on about 1,500 square feet. When we came back after the dwell, the stains were gone with no shadowing and no odor. The same visit included her luxury vinyl plank on the main level. The price was $349. Highlands Ranch: A 15-Year-Old Dog and Cut Berber, $249

This move-out off University Boulevard had nylon cut Berber and a 15-year-old dog who could barely get outside anymore. We did a UV inspection, a heavy enzyme pre-treatment with extended dwell, hand agitation, and hot water extraction at 200-230°F, with a second pass on the stairs and heavy zones. The carpet came back significantly. A faint red cast stayed in the worst zones, and I told the customer that up front. Three rooms, stairs and full pet treatment were $249 as an internet special. Read the Highlands Ranch job.

What It Costs

  • $119 for the first 3 areas (a hallway counts as an area)
  • $35 for each additional area
  • Closets, bathrooms and landings are free
  • Stairs are $4 per stair
  • Pet treatment is $45 per room
  • Couch $139, sectional $179; area rugs are priced at your home
  • Most furniture moving is included

Carpet is usually dry in 2-4 hours. You can pay by card, check or cash. Value to me means the price you were told and a job that holds up, not the lowest number on a coupon.

How I Know Douglas County

My business is based in Castle Rock, and I've worked Douglas County for over 23 years: Sapphire Pointe in Castle Rock, The Canyons in Castle Pines, homes off University Boulevard in Highlands Ranch, and sellers in Parker racing an open house. I know what red clay, dry air and long winters do to carpet here, and I know how fast a listing date can sneak up. If you call before noon, I can usually get a truck to you the same day.
